Der Tee ist, wie ein Abbild seines Kontrolleurs, gro\u00df und stark. Die erste und einzige Pfl\u00fcck- ung findet aus klimatischen Gr\u00fcnden erst gegen Ende Mai statt und besteht immer und ausschlie\u00dflich aus 1 Bl\u00fcte und 2-3 Bl\u00e4ttern. Ryochi Uchino glaubt nicht an Quantit\u00e4t, sondern nur an Qualit\u00e4t.
